TERMS OF USE

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Kohminds Technologies services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Kohminds Technologies provides a range of digital services including graphic design, digital marketing, UI/UX design, web development, mobile app development, and AI integration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property created by Kohminds Technologies remain our property until full payment is received and ownership is transferred as per the project agreement. This includes but is not limited to:

• Design files and mockups
• Source code and applications
• Marketing materials and content
• Brand assets and graphics

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Payment according to agreed terms
• Ensuring they have rights to any materials provided to us

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Project Timeline

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines may be affected by client delays in providing feedback or materials. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive data without permission. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement specifies otherwise.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kohminds Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we will work diligently to resolve any issues that arise.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Faisalabad, Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
